Kate did an excellent job and my place sold very quickly in a changing market. I had my reservations because Kate had lots of experience selling high end condo's and not as much with an older "character" buildings. Didn't slow her down one bit. She brings a generational knowledge about San Francisco properties, a large army of vendors who respond to her requests, from mortgage, insurance or inspections to the less common of contractors, movers, etc. Yet, she is deferential to her clients and in our case, we ended up buying something totally outside or opposite of our initial wish list.
