Kate brings confidence and eliminates stress from home purchase and as a result making it a fun and efficient process. She brings a generational knowledge about San Francisco properties, a large army of vendors who respond to her requests, from mortgage, insurance or inspections to the less common of contractors, movers, etc. Yet, she is deferential to her clients and in our case, we ended up buying something totally outside or opposite of our initial wish list.
